Bulletin No 18/16-17 (14-2-2017)

Hi reader,

It was a very enjoyable fellowship meeting this week. Unfortunately I'll miss the meeting next week but I look forward to getting photos and reports to add to the Bulletin.

This week I gave the club an overview of the club website and demonstrated how this Bulletin is put together. If anyone would like to contact me about taking on the role of an assistant Editor I'd be happy to give you a more in-depth training session.

Along with club members and those who have requested the Bulletin, we also sent the Bulletin to the Youth Exchange Students the club has hosted. Yesterday I received a short email from Jessica to pass on to the club (follows).

Have a great week everyone - ED

About the Club Website

Club Communication

This week we had an overview of a few features of the club website. Features demonstrated were site language translation and the calendar along with an overview of how the Bulletin is assembled.

The site is a living document and is intended to be an archive of all club activities. So far it contains most of the things that have happened since it was built in 2012.

One suggestion is to provide site visitors with a listing of club projects and donations, another is to add profiles of club members and directors.

If you have any further ideas of features that you think would be beneficial, please feel free to get in touch.
