Bulletin No 41/15-16 (2-6 2016)

Hi reader,

We had an interesting fellowship evening this week with a number of members standing up to give a bit of information about old projects for the newer members.

This weekend a number of us are off to Harden to meet with members of the Rotary Club of West Wyalong on tomorrow so no doubt there will be a story about that next week. (Don't miss the speakers pic on the bottom of this Bulletin).

See you on Tuesday - ED

Speakers

Speakers included Kings, Denis, Peter and Tony H

The club was treated to a range of stories about past projects of the Rotary Club of Hall. In particular, the Australia Day Events at Hall, the Outback 4WD adventure and of course the Rotary Flicks trailer that was presented to the Rotary Club of West Wyalong about five years ago.

Denis told us about the Club purchasing a two year old trailer from Lakes Entrance. The trailer had been designed to carry motor bikes but with a bit of modification it was decided that it would fit the purpose perfectly. He told us about how the sound system was acquired and discussed the challenge of working out what to project on.

The photo shows the boys testing projection on the side of the trailer in Ken's shed.
