• SATURDAY 12 DECEMBER - CRFM volunteers: 6 helpers from 6.00-11.30am. Working in pairs to count customers arriving at the market via the usual 3 entrance avenues. Clive will be there from 5.30AM to coordinate.
• SUNDAY 13 DECEMBER - Rotary Christmas Party at Allwood historical cottage at 5pm
• SATURDAY 19 DECEMBER - Stallholder's Christmas Party at EPIC
International: Yvonne
Yvonne reported that her committee decided to donate $1,000 to Barbara's Nepal fundraising effort. Barbara reported that her Nepal event had raised $6,500 or the $6,000 target and thanked the International committee for the generous additional $1,000.
Community: John
John reminded us that we need BBQ operators for December 3rd and told us that he'd remind us again closer to the time.
John received a thank you note from Gold Creek Station thanking the club for the loan of the BBQ trailer and in particular thanks Bill and Denis for the tremendous effort they put in so that the business could continue to trade after the fire.
John also said that the sale of poppies at the Remembrance Day service raised $130.
Youth & Vocational: Janine
Janine reported James now has a host club in Germany - more on that to come.
Gerardas reported that he has only a few days left of school consisting of exams and tests. He also exclaimed that 'today is exactly 4 months since I arrived in Australia'.
CRFM: Clive B
Peter reported on behalf of the CRFM in Clive's absence:
• We had a wet but good market with 106 stallholders.
• There was an interloper in the market planning on setting up another market in Glebe Park on Saturday mornings. She was trying to coax our stallholders to attend her new market... 'The stallholders saw her of'.
• Reminder that Saturday 19th is the Stallholders Xmas Party.
