Graeme welcomed our guests, Fiona Bell, Emma-Lee Knight and Gerardas before the club gave Suzanne a rousing welcome back after her stint in hospital.
He then kicked off the evening with an update on his daughter's upcoming trip to India and a short briefing on his attendance at the Rotoract Club of UC's changeover event.
A announcement was made about privacy concerns raised by one club member. There were no resulting questions from the floor.
Secretary/President Elect: Cynthia
Cynthia received a thank you letter to the club from ROMAC. She also announced that she is looking for volunteers for Board positions next year. Please let her know if you'd like to have a hand in steering the club under Cynthia's guidance.
Also - the District conference is on 23-25 October in sunny Jindabine and she would love some of her Hall Rotarians to join her at this enlightening and entertaining weekend.
To top it off, she also has district directories available. Ask and you shall receive.

International: Yvonne
Yvonne was absent. Ruth reported that she will be attending a RAWCS meeting regarding Pink Umbrella Foundation Grants.
The Pink Umbrella Foundation offers $1,000 grants to six projects within the RAWCS Eastern Region at their Regional meetings. Recent grants went to China, Vanuatu, Philippines, Cambodia, East Timor and Papua New Guinea for a diverse range of great projects.
Community: John
John attended a Snowy Hydro SouthCare event for sponsors and supporters (where he also ran into David). It was announced that Rotary has donated over $400k to SouthCare over the years. Also Snowy Hydro SouthCare Rescue helicopter Trust have appointed a new Chief Executive in Chris Kimball (ex ABC presenter) John suggested we approach him to speak to the club.
People are required to help man the BBQ at the Fraser Primary Fathers Day event and again on the 19th spetember Art Show at Cranleigh School.
Hall Pre School have also acquired a climbing wall from Gold Creek school and request possible assistance with a frame that needs to be constructed to attach it to. More on that later.
